What a great conference we had this year!
Thank you to everyone who helped to make it possible. We had some very good speakers, some new vendors, and some familiar ones too. I am very excited for what is to come next year with the addition of an Executive Director. The success and growth of ISFCA has largely depended on volunteer help from within our organization. This presents a challenge because of everyone's busy schedules.
The Executive Director will make our presence more visible to those who have been resistant to joining and will let us spread the word as to what good things we do and have done in the past. We hope to gain more members, vendors, and sponsors to make our annual conference even better than ever. We will work to have more training available to our members to help guide commissioners as to their responsibilities, duties, and role in government.
We are also very fortunate to have Krystal Hinkle on board as our Office Manager to help take our professionalism to the next level. She has proven to be an invaluable asset to ISFCA and we are very fortunate to have someone of her caliber on our side.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our Executive Board and our Regional Directors for all of their hard work and continued support to ISFCA and it's members. In closing, I wish everyone a healthy and prosperous new year.
